Nominate your student for DCLC Student of the Month (must have tutored student for at least four months) with this form.
Continuous Learning
There are many opportunities for online and in-person training to help volunteer literacy tutors better serve their adult students. There is always something new to be learned. Ongoing and current trainings can be found here.
Job Help for Students
DCLC students are entitled to employment services, including career inventory, resume writing, and job search assistance. Interested DCLC students should contact Karen Hamilton at 610.876.4811 or [email protected] and ask to be referred to an Employment Coach.

DCLC Book Discussion Group
The “One Book…One Literacy Council” group meets regularly to discuss a selected book of mutual interest. Books are chosen from the Delaware County Library System’s Book Club in a Bag program. Meetings are currently held via Zoom on the fourth Wednesday of the month. All are welcome; no RSVP is required.
