Here are a few of the many online resources available to help DCLC Volunteer Literacy Tutors as they prepare and present lessons to their adult students. The resources are grouped by category and include some brief information about usability and format. Emphasis is placed on resources specifically intended for adult learners. Word of warning: Some online sites contain advertising links that take you away from the resource. Always read carefully before clicking on a link within these sites.

Zoom as a Tool for Tutoring by DCLC Tutor Trainer Robert Lee
Learn about using Zoom to conduct tutoring sessions virtually.  DCLC Tutor Trainer Robert Lee conducted this 3-part webinar in fall 2020 to help tutors get started using Zoom for video conferencing. Topics covered include creating an account, screen-sharing, and uploading video.
