About Learning with DCLC
Delaware County Literacy Council (DCLC) provides free literacy instruction to adults, both online and in person. In-person instruction may be held at DCLC’s building in Chester or in libraries, churches, or public buildings throughout the county. Adults may learn in a classroom setting, in a small group, or one-on-one with a tutor. All services are free, and individualized attention is emphasized.
