Three Exciting Workshops by Accomplished Experts
“Writing for Television: How I Made My Life into a Sitcom” with Phil Rosenthal

Phil Rosenthal is the creator and producer of Everybody Loves Raymond and currently stars in the food travel documentary Somebody Feed Phil on Netflix. Phil will be interviewed by his wife, Monica Horan Rosenthal, a Delaware County Native who played Amy in Everybody Loves Raymond.
“Anyone Can Sing”
with Kathy Deitch
Whether you’re part of a choral group or only do your singing in the shower, you’ll learn that taking your voice to new heights is easier than you thought in this highly entertaining workshop from Kathy Deitch.

Based on Complete Vocal Technique, Kathy’s exercises are fun and easy to follow. Kathy’s workshop will also include some special-guest students to try out the exercises!
“Tapas Three Ways”
with Alex Garfinkel
Tapas are small-plate dishes that originated in Spain. In this workshop, Alex Garfinkel shares his modern take on tapas by starting with simple ingredients and using a few master-chef techniques to create three separate mouthwatering tapas—each beautiful to look at and incredibly delicious to sample, but completely manageable for the home cook.
Chef Alex Garfinkel learned his craft in some of the best restaurants in Philadelphia, including Le Bec Fin, Morimoto, Amada, and Lacroix. He also studied under Chef Andoni Luis Aduriz in Spain. Alex is chef and co-owner of Balboa Catering and Supper Club in Philadelphia, which began as a catering venture in his parents’ kitchen in Wallingford. PA.
