DCLC is a community-based nonprofit organization that serves adults who want to improve their reading, writing, math, and English language skills to gain or improve their employment opportunities. DCLC works across Delaware County with offices in Chester and Upper Darby.

ABE/GED Instructor (FT)
Seeking experienced Instructors to plan and implement adult education classes. Instruction will be 20-25 hours per week plus professional development, prep, and admin responsibilities. May include evening classes. Requires BA plus at least 2 years’ teaching experience. Experience working with CCRS preferred. Year-round position with benefits.

ESL Instructor (FT)

Case Manager (FT)
Seeking experienced Case Managers to support adult education students’ success in completing GED/ESL program. Services will include case planning and documentation in a team structure that includes academic and employment services. May include evening hours. Requires BA plus at least 2 years of Case Management experience. Experience working with immigrants and adult students preferred.

Employment Coach (FT)
Seeking experienced Employment Coach to support adult education students’ success in obtaining or improving employment. Services will include individual and group employment coaching and working in a team structure that includes academic and employment services. May include evening hours. Requires BA plus at least 2 years of Case Management experience. Experience working with immigrants and adult students preferred.

Director of Student Support Services (FT)
Seeking experienced social work professional to lead a Student Support Services team that includes Case Managers, Employment Coaches, and Student Recruiter. The Director will oversee coordination of services to adult education students, including immigrants, returning citizens, and adults who face barriers to successful employment. Requires BA plus 5 years’ work experience. MSW preferred. May include occasional evenings.
